We had a frisbee game tonight in Nashua. Though we didn’t win, it was a competitive match. I felt awesome…just need a bit more endurance. I made only one error, had a couple scores and ran my butt off…so good! Still no pain!!

Day 39: 365 Grateful, winter frisbee
Today was Phil’s 18th Annual Frozen Frisbee Frolic. The weather was great. Blue sky, sunny, powdery snow, a slight breeze…awesome. Looking forward to getting in shape for fair weather frisbee. So grateful I found this amazing crew to play disc with throughout the year!
