Day 254: 365 Grateful, and go!

Had a busy day of work and covering for coworkers who are on vacation or have a sick kid.

I was straight out in programming today with a new group with a coleader and a new curriculum on my own with support at group time.

7.5 hours, 2 meetings, 4 groups and documentation. Phew.

Carved pumpkins at home too!

Day 253: 365 Grateful, reality check

I typically have pretty good days at work, even when they are challenging.

Today sent me for a bit of a loop that was unexpected. A maintenance man made a joke about downsizing personnel and I stood up for myself and told him it wasn’t funny. I was physically and emotionally in a funk for the next couple hours…thank goodness we did some physical activity with the kids…until I riled my ankle. Ok now, just a bit tender.
