So it has been a wonderful week! We can’t believe we have already been gone from NH for that long! Our wedding was unbelieveable! I still couldn’t imagine anything better…ok maybe some folks who were not able to make it…but that is about it! If you have facebook, be sure to check out our pictures there. A lot of our friends and family took some great pictures and video of the festivities!!
We left for our honeymoon on Monday afternoon, arrived in Portland, Oregon in the evening and explored the downtown area. In the morning, we had some wedding pie for breakfast,

then began our 4 hour drive to the Out n’ About Treesort in southern Oregon. It was a lot of fun!! There are many different options for tree adventures. Check out Out n’ About online! We stayed in the Forestree,

did the zip line, tarzan swing (we have video, and hope to post it later, awesome!) and went horseback riding. The breakfast was also amazing!! We were able make it down to the northern part of the Redwood Forest…it was Mike’s first time to California.

Today we made our 7 hour journey up to Seattle to spend the rest the week exploring northern Washington State until 10/14. Stay tuned for pictures!!
Mike and Becca’s Wedding was AWESOME!! We had a wonderful time! As we begin to let everything set in will will post more about our wedding. It was amazing. If you have fun pictures please feel free to e-mail us! At this point we don’t have any pictures of our wedding (I guess we were kinda busy). We are so happy that many of our friends and family were able to attend and had many folks who were not able to attend in our hearts. Thanks again for all of your love…we appreciate you!!
Mike and I are heading out to Indiana tomorrow so we have enough time to put weddingy things in order and have enough time to enjoy the process! We are so excited that our wedding day is near (and really still can’t believe it is almost here). We look forward to seeing our family and friends at Bradford Woods! Travel safe, and see you soon!

This weekend when we were out in Indiana a friend told us about 2 shuttles that travel from the airport to Bloomington and back. Their route travels right past Bradford Woods, so this may be an option.
We spoke with Bloomington Shuttle, which is $25 one way, but you can get a discount if you reserve online. You should give them a call to confirm transportation to Bradford Woods (as it is not a typical stop).

Another option may be Star of America. They just recently began running a shuttle to and from Bloomington to the Airport. We have not spoken with them, but it might be worth checking out. They quote their price at $15.
We arrived in Indianapolis on Saturday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. Jaime (one of my bridesmaids) arrived just around the same time. Our friend Jessie who currently lives in the area picked the girls up, and Mike went on his way.
We traveled down towards Bloomingon, IN and arrived at Oliver Winery. A few friends I worked with at Bradford Woods met us there, we had some great appetizers and wine!

We then went off to Django for some great spicy potatoes, pad thai, fruit sculpture, and more! We traveled down the street to Nick’s English Hut and played their famous game “Sink the Biz”. Then we returned to Kim’s house and had a campfire on her patio.

On Sunday morning we made the trip up to Homer Glen, just south of Chicago to meet up with the Taylor family for a Midwest style bridal shower. Mike hung out for a bit, then went off with his brother Matthew, Dan and Matt (Goska).
We had some great food and drink…and some fun bridal shower games.

It was great to see many family and friends…we had a fabulous time!
This weekend we are heading out to the midwest!! We are very excited to see friends and family for prewedding festivities.
Upon arrival in Indy on Saturday Becca will be wisked away by some of her girl friends from BW…the surprises await!! Mike will have a mystery adventure…TBD.
Sunday, we will drive up to Homer Glen (just South of Chicago) to Mike’s family’s house to have a bridal shower…I am so excited!
On Monday and Tuesday we will return to Indiana and finalize numbers, food, flowers, visit Bradford Woods etc, etc…and go to the Court House!!
It will be a whirlwind of a trip…but it will be awesome!! Stay tuned for details!!
This weekend I had a wonderful time celebrating with many of the wonderful women who are in my life. Ruth and Sara (2 of my amazing bridesmaids) coordinated the bridal shower tea party at the Ashford Town Hall. The food was amazing, the cake was delicious, and the company…well what can I say, I love them all! Folks traveled from NH, ME, MA and CT. Thank-you all for coming, I really appreciate you!! (Group picture to come…from Christine)
In the afternoon we traveled to Newport, RI for Batchelorette festivities. We went to an italian restaurant (Sara, I can’t remember the name of it…ugg). Christine and Erin even convinced the wait staff to create a Batchelorette song for me (which they will now use for other parities!).
We we walked around Newport, Mission Impossible style trying to stay dry ducking under awnings due to some random down pours thanks to Hurricane Bill.
On Sunday we went out to Easton Beach to see the waves from the storm in the Atlantic. Initially we were not able to swim due to red flag warnings of large waves and strong riptides. Around 1:00 pm they opened part of the beach so we were able to enjoy the waves and weather!
